Wheelchairs have evolved over time to give greater comfort and convenience to people who have limited mobility. While it does not go as fast as gas powered scooters, it is fast nevertheless and can even travel for several miles before needing another recharge.

In addition, with electric scooters, all you have to do is plug it in to store power. Its battery life lasts depending on its usage, but, still, it remains better by several points over wheelchairs.

The good news is, with the growing demand for electric scooters, prices are also starting to go down. Of course, whenever you purchase something, check it first for signs of damage and find out where it has been before you make any decision.

The convenience afforded by an electric scooter is something an ordinary wheelchair cannot parallel. Even automatic wheelchairs still cannot hold a candle to electric scooters.
